1. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of Riyadh.

ASAS CRM is a multi-tenant SaaS platform for real-estate sales — projects, inventory, leads, and team management.

No unauthorized access to accounts or infrastructure.
No abuse of the marketing forms or team-invitation mechanism.
Compliance with Saudi data-protection regulations when entering end-customer data.

ASAS retains all rights in the platform, software, and trademarks. Subscribing companies retain ownership of the data they enter into the system.

Plans and pricing are displayed on the pricing page. VAT-compliant invoices are issued per ZATCA (Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority) requirements.

Each new account receives a limited free trial. Upgrade to a paid plan occurs only on explicit acceptance after trial end.

The service is provided "as is." We do not warrant 100% availability or fitness for any particular purpose.

ASAS's liability for any claim arising under these Terms is limited to fees paid during the 12 months preceding the incident.

Either party may terminate on written notice. Upon termination tenant data is available for export for 30 days, then deleted per the privacy policy.

Neither party is liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

The Arabic version is legally authoritative for subscribers in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
